Once you have your troops in place there, yep - And as long as they stay there, they can attack each year. The big drawback is they have to be moved there, and when they're in a Foreign fiefdom, they're not able to defend the homeland... So it's a careful balancing act.
Just curious. When you deploy the troops to the opposing fiefdoms, when you attack their fiefdom, your troops deployed there have to face all the troops that fiefdom left at home right? There will be no side interference with other troops from other fiefdoms left there or nothing.
