Subject:	serf morale

My serf morale is dropping to dangerous levels. Sure I do think I have an over crowding issue (50,000,000 serfs to almost 2,000,000 acres). However, I give my serf over double what they need to eat, my taxes are at 5% and education and health levels are quite high. What am i doing wrong?
