I just thought of this. The mines can't be deployed in there, but they can still get there. Here's how:
1. Player X deploys mines just outside the DMZ.
2. Player Y notices, and ploughs the mines away.
3. Due to the structure of Nebulon, A few mines get stuck in the DMZ.
Simple, but harmful. It's getting rude enough.
