There probably aren't ny planets not buying. Back when I prospered, after about five days, any planets cleared of buying plutonium or uranium would usually be buying again. So I doubt it. *Even if they weren't buying, they will be soon.*
---> Thats the whole thing, nobody buys ANYTHING of planets now because there are like 15 colonies, from where ANYONE could take hundreds of thousands units of water, food, uranium, plutonium, iron. & Thats why planets only sell now, they're out of buying, because nobody buys anything from random planets, they just take stuff off colonies.
